By accessing or using TrendssAI ("Service") operated by Trend$$Media ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TrendssAI is an AI-powered content generation platform designed for coaches, consultants, and service providers. The Service enables users to generate social media captions, sales copy, video scripts, email sequences, and other marketing content using proprietary AI frameworks.
3. Accounts and Registration
You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
You may not use another person's account without permission. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at [email protected].
4. Subscription and Billing
TrendssAI offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or harassing
- Violate any third-party intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or prompts
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission
- Use the Service to generate spam or unsolicited communications at scale
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you input into TrendssAI. You also own the AI-generated output produced for your account. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.
The TrendssAI platform, brand, Trend$$Media frameworks, and all underlying technology remain the exclusive property of Trend$$Media. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and creative aid. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, original, or free from errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the appropriateness of any content before publishing or distributing it. TrendssAI is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrendssAI and Trend$$Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
